Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of stylesbarberlounge.com (the "Site"), operated by Styles Barber Lounge ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about our barbershops in Los Angeles, California and Staten Island, New York, including services, pricing, hours, and locations. Barbering services are provided in person at our shops; the Site itself does not process appointments or payments.

Online booking, payments, and gift card purchases are handled by Squire Technologies, Inc. ("Squire"), a third-party platform. When you book through Squire or the Styles Collective app, Squire's own terms of service and privacy policy apply in addition to any appointment policies (such as deposits, cancellation windows, or no-show fees) shown to you at the time of booking.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or shortened at the barber's discretion.

Prices listed on the Site are starting prices, are subject to change without notice, and may vary by location, barber, and the length or condition of your hair. The price quoted at booking or in the shop controls.

Gift cards are sold through Squire. Consistent with California law (Cal. Civ. Code Section 1749.5), gift cards we sell do not expire and are not subject to service fees. A gift card with a remaining balance of less than $10 is redeemable in cash upon request. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash beyond what applicable law requires and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen except as required by law.

The Site and its contents, including the Styles Barber Lounge name, logo, photography, video, text, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Third-party names and marks that appear on the Site (including press outlets and individuals featured in photographs) belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means.
• Use the Site to transmit malware or other harmful code.

The Site links to third-party sites and services, including Squire, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, the Apple App Store, and Google Play. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE (INCLUDING PRICING AND HOURS) IS ALWAYS CURRENT OR COMPLETE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLES BARBER LOUNGE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Styles Barber Lounge and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Services performed at our Staten Island shop remain subject to applicable New York law and regulation.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and it takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
